No refunds or returns. All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have 10 days warranty for an exchange on faulty shoes. If faulty shoes have not been returned within 10 days we will not accept them back. Dance shoes by their very nature must be very flexible and soft – and are therefore more delicate in nature than normal sports trainers or fashion shoes, and do not have as long a life span.
